Child Welfare
Every child fed, schooled, vaccinated, loved — non-negotiable.
What is the problem in West Bengal?
33% of children under-5 in West Bengal are stunted (NFHS-5) — far above the national target.
Child labour persists in beedi rolling (Murshidabad), brick kilns (Bardhaman) and zari work (Howrah).
Anganwadi centres in tribal blocks often run without eggs, milk or a trained worker.
What can be done?
Sponsor one child's full nutrition (egg + milk + dal-bhat) at ₹1,500/month.
Run weekly 'Bal Sabha' learning circles teaching reading, hygiene and self-protection.
Rescue & rehabilitate child labourers through CWC and reintegrate into formal schooling.
How can you & I solve this?
Sponsor a child on their birthday — gift learning, not just cake.
Donate clothes, toys and books in good condition; we deliver to 60+ Anganwadis.
Spend a Sunday at the SKNM children's centre — read, draw, play.
Our Stand
"A child's first 1,000 days decide their lifetime IQ and immunity. We have no right to fail them."
